Membership Program
Our membership tiers are RED and GOLD! Right from the moment of a successful registration of a member, your membership status will automatically be RED. To achieve GOLD status, spend a total of RM250(excluding discounts) within a 12 month period.
You will remain and enjoy the perks of your tier for 12 months before your membership will be adjusted accordingly.
Suppose a user becomes a member on August 1, 2023. By December 1, 2023, they've accumulated 250 points to promote them to the GOLD tier. To maintain their GOLD tier, they must earn 250 points before November 30, 2024.

Reward Point
Points are the base unit of Tims Rewards. Tims Rewards members earn 1 Point for every ringgit they spend on an eligible purchase.
You earn 1 Point for every Malaysian Ringgit you spend when you make an eligible purchase. If your transaction is RM9.90, the points you earn will be rounded down to 9.
Points cannot be exchanged or transferred between accounts in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Unused Tims Rewards Points expire 12 months after the calendar month that they were earned. For example, the Points you earned in March 2022 will expire at the end of March 2023.
To check your Tims Rewards Points balance, simply download the Tims app, click on "My Account" to view your membership tier, points balance and points expiring.
Unused Tim Rewards points that have reached their expiration date will be unusable, so redeem them before they expire!
Redemption of Points
You may redeem on your points by scanning the QR code on the app. The cashier will not be able to redeem your points by your phone number.
You may redeem a complimentary brewed coffee with 40 points.
There is no maximum limit; users can redeem all their points in a single transaction.
No, you may not. Points are non-redeemable as cash equivalents or discounts.
